Mitsubishi 12,000 BTU SEER 16 Ductless Mini-Split Inverter System

The Mitsubishi Single Zone Mini Split System is slim and compact, with an INVERTER-driven compressor that operates quietly thanks to Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) and A-control connection. The outdoor unit is coated with blue fin for added protection.

This system offers complete individual zone/room control for exceptional comfort. Its high efficiency performance allows for maximum comfort with controlled capacity and power consumption. The INVERTER driven compressor and LEV provide high efficiency comfort while using only the energy needed to maintain maximum performance. There are also a choice of fan speeds: Quiet, Low, Medium, High and Super High, with auto fan speed control also included. The "Smart Set" feature allows for pre-programming of desired settings for single button recall, as well as a 50 degrees F setting in Heat mode. Advanced microprocessor technology ensures optimal performance.

It is important to note that this system must be installed by a qualified, licensed HVAC technician. The manufacturer covers parts only under warranty, and the installer is responsible for labor warranty.

This 12,000 BTU - 1 Ton system is good for room sizes up to 550 sq ft and is capable of both cooling and heating. It features an INVERTER driven compressor and Blue Fin anti-corrosion treatment on the outdoor unit. There are also four fan speeds: Low, Medium, High, and Super-high, as well as dehumidifying mode and Jet Cool. It also has automatic restart following a power outage, a SEER rating of 16, and requires a 220V, 15 AMP breaker. A hand-held remote controller is provided with the unit, along with a 12-hour timer. It has a heating Btu of 14,500.
