The Cooper&Hunter Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner and Heater (SKU: CH-PTW-12HPGF) has a cooling capacity of 12,000/11,800 BTU/h and a heating capacity of 10,800/10,500 BTU/h + 3.5 kW 10,900/8,900 BTU/h Electric Heater – perfect for residential, commercial, or hotel use. This system is designed for 230/208V,1Ph,60Hz, charged with R-32 refrigerant and comes with a 20A power plug with a reset breaker. For new installations, a wall sleeve and exterior grille are required but not included in the listing and have to be purchased additionally. The Heating and Cooling PTHP Unit can be controlled using the standard digital push button control panel with LED display, included remote controller, or a compatible wireless smartphone device.
